Applying the Medical compression stockings:

• Slide the stockings onto your arms with your hand reaching the heel area holding the extra heel material.
• Turn the stockings inside out till the heel broadens the mouth of the fabric cave.
• Put your foot into the toe of the stocking, and gently slide the stocking over your heel.
• Then use your fingertips or palms to slide the stocking up your leg.

Removing the Compression stockings:

• Grab the socks at the upper part by the fabric, and not the elastic band.
• Slowly invert the sock down your leg.
• Once the sock is rolled past your ankle, you can either keep rolling it down, or you can remove it like a regular sock by pulling outward from the toe part.

• Hand washing with mild detergent and cold water is recommended.
• Do not bleach or iron.
