Direction of Use:
- For cold therapy, place the accusure hot & cold pack inside a plastic sealable pouch. Keep in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours before using.
- For hot therapy, heat the accusure hot & cold pack at a high temperature in the microwave for 1 minute. If it is not warm enough, heat it again for 15 seconds. To reuse after application, reheat for 30 seconds.
- Apply the pack to the affected area.
- Cooling or heating may be repeated several times a day.
